I’ve had some treatments done with Helen recently, I’m so pleased with it I’ve always shied away from botox and fillers, but I’ve slowly gotten used to the idea. So I started my journey in February after long debating the slim jection.. I contacted helen who talked me through everything full.. A dietary plan was in place and information in what i needed to do in regards to healthier eating and drinking more fluids..All the girls at the company are so informative and will help you not matter what time of day it is they are friendly kind and very polite and discreet in all professional manners I have now lost just over 3 stone and I couldn’t be more happier They are a fabulous team and would highly recommend this company in any weight loss journey Kind regards

Well……. I bought some new jeans last week size 12!!! I was a size 16 when I started!! I’m absolutely loving it. I’m exactly 11 stone but I’ve plateaued again can I go up to 30 next week today is my third jab with the next stage. I’ve FINALLY broke through into the 10 stone bracket!!! Only just but I’ve finally done it 😄

That’s made me a bit emotional doing that 😂 After having Honour that weight would not go and I just kept getting bigger and bigger I never even realised really how big I got, I’m gonna find one of me before just quick so you can see how slim I was it’s mental how quick it happens when your unhappy 🤮 Before😱 what happens is so crazy. Since starting weight loss injections with Helen nearly a year ago I have lost over 5 and a half stone, going from a. Size 20 to a size 12!! I can’t thank Helen enough for her continued support through it all, from check in messages from her asking how I am doing to giving me advice if I felt things needed tweaking. Her guidance has always set me in the right direction which meant I have been able to continually see a loss on the scales throughout my journey so far. Walking 20,000 steps a day has helped boost the loss massively but without the appetite suppression the jabs have given me, I think I would have struggled to keep it up.  To anyone on the fence about starting, go for it!!
